 Purchase Return Protocol August 29th, 2008 
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made through us you have a full seven days to contact our customer service department and mark your purchase for return. We do not charge a fee for returns. You will, however, be responsible for returning the piece back to the artist.



In the case that a piece has not been damaged in shipping to you and you are just not 100% satisfied we require that you follow these steps when sending the piece back to an artist:

A) bring the piece to a mail carrier either packaged in the original packaging or have them package, and

B) bring the piece to a mail carrier service to have it insured and shipped by them, and

C) send us a copy (you are required to keep the original receipt for your records - or for the case that it is lost in transit to us) of the receipt for packaging and insured shipping.



In the case that a piece is damaged in shipping we require that you follow these steps when sending the piece back to an artist:

A) take pictures of the piece and packaging illustrating all damage, and

B) bring the piece to a mail carrier service to have it insured, packaged and shipped by them, and

C) send us a copy (you are required to keep the original receipt for your records - or for the case that it is lost in transit to us) of the receipt for packaging and insured shipping.

In the event that a piece has been damaged in shipping to you we will refund the packaging and shipping price to you at the time that we refund the purchase.



All returns must be sent back to the artist either packaged in the original packaging or better, and all must be insured for the entire amount of your purchase. You will be refunded the entire amount of your purchase on the date:

A) the piece arrives back to the artist, or

B) in the case that the piece was damaged in shipping to you, when:

1) the piece arrives back to the artist, and
2) we receive the photos illustrating the damage to the piece, and
3) we receive a copy of the receipt for packaging and insured shipping, or

C) in the case that the piece is damaged in shipping back to the artist when:

1) the piece arrives back to the artist, and
2) we receive a copy of the receipt for packaging and insured shipping.
