Question 1: What format do my images have to be in order to add them to Envisua Gallery?
Answer: The required image format for the Envisua Gallery system is as follows:
All image files JPEG format with a maximum vertical dimension of 700 pixels and a maximum horizontal dimension of 800 pixels (one or both dimensions should equal the maximum value for best results). Image files must not exceed 100KB and should be saved at the highest JPEG compression setting that meets these guidelines.
Files must be saved to be viewable on all platforms, and must include JPEG file extensions. Macintosh users must particularly pay attention to this. It uploaded images are viewable by you on your Envisua Gallery web site then they are OK.
Although it is not a requirement, we recommend that you place a copyright notice on your images. In addition to legal implications, copyright notices placed on your images make it harder for people to use your images without your permission.
Question 2: What do I do if I find that a part of this web site is not working properly?
Answer: Please email us at admin@envisua.com and notify us of any problems you are experiencing with the site. Please include any details you may have that will allow us to find the source of the problem.
Question 3: How do I know if Envisua Gallery will accept me and my art work?
Answer: Envisua Gallery is an exclusive collection of artists and their fine art. To be considered as a potential client please submit an online application. The application process includes the initial setup of your account and will be time well spent should your application/account be accepted/certified. Material may be considered inappropriate if it is offensive, vulgar and/or predominantly lacking in artistic value.

Answer: Please use the help provided within the Setup and Manage Account screens and this FAQ to answer any questions you may have.
