Art Transaction Protocol

We follow a strict protocol when dealing with art transactions for your protection against fraud and identity theft. Our art transaction protocol allows us to provide our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience as well as a 100% money-back guarantee.

All purchases are to be made through Envisua Gallery of Fine Art LLC. Purchases can be made via check, money order or charge. All credit card charges must be made over the phone to ensure the privacy of your credit card information. If you are interested in purchasing a piece please notify us of your interest by sending an email to sales@envisua.com. Please include the artist name and piece title(s) you are interested in, as well as any questions you may have. We will provide you with a contact phone number should you inquire about or make a purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made through us you have a full seven days to contact our customer service department and mark your purchase for return. We do not charge a fee for returns. You will, however, be responsible for returning the piece back to the artist. Please follow our purchase return protocol when returning a purchase.
